Kits are shipped 2 day or express, with ice packs

They contain fresh flour and sourdough starter. It's important that once the box arrives, someone opens it, opens the lid on the sourdough, closes it again, and then puts the flour and starter into your refrigerator. They can stay there until you're ready to use them.
